“HiBob is pretty good but expensive”

What do you dislike about HiBob?

It feels like some features are unnecessary and other basic things are missing. Reporting is not very intuitive. Our implementation was rushed so we didn’t end it up well.

“Excellent system but terrible implementation”

What do you dislike about HiBob solutions?

Implementation is focused on DIY, ending up in a lot of “if you don’t know it, you can’t use it” examples. You can make so much better usage of HiBob.
