It automatically applies CPF contribution rates based on each employee's age bracket, detects birthday-triggered rate transitions in the correct month, tracks PR employee contribution phases (Year 1, Year 2, and full rates from Year 3), and manages Ordinary Wage and Additional Wage ceilings per employee per pay cycle. SDL is calculated alongside CPF in every payroll run. IR8A forms are auto-generated and support direct IRAS AIS e-filing.
