"Now in Omni, we can link it to our Google Calendar, so we can just open our calendar and see who is going to be on leave," says Angel. "We also use Omni’s Slack integration, so when someone applies for leave, the manager can just do the approval right there in the app — it's much easier." Multi-tier approval workflows now automatically loop in all the right stakeholders, and country-specific public holiday calendars give every employee, whether they're in Kuala Lumpur or Hong Kong, a clear and accurate picture of their time off.
