What is night shift differential in the Philippines?

Answer

Night shift differential is extra pay for work performed between 10pm and 6am. Under the Philippine Labor Code, employees receive at least 10% of their regular wage for each hour worked in that period. BPO HR software should calculate it automatically from attendance data.
