Not necessarily every country, but it should offer native, not partner-routed, statutory compliance in the specific markets where the company has a meaningful headcount. A platform with deep native coverage in a company's core APAC markets, plus room to add markets as the company grows, generally scales better than one that treats every country as an EOR add-on.
