Is Singapore's Workplace Fairness Act in force?

Not yet. The Workplace Fairness Act was passed in 2025 and is expected to take effect at the end of 2027. Until then, the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices apply, and employers can use the lead time to set up grievance processes and review hiring criteria.
