Who is covered by the Labor Code of the Philippines?

Regular, project, seasonal, casual, and probationary employees, along with domestic workers (Kasambahay), are covered. Government employees under civil service regulations, staff of international organizations with diplomatic immunity, and certain informal-sector workers are excluded.
