What is the notice period for termination in Vietnam?

When an employer lawfully ends a contract in Vietnam, it must give 45 days’ notice for an indefinite-term contract, 30 days for a fixed-term contract of 12 to 36 months, and 3 working days for a contract of less than 12 months.
