Does Employment Hero handle Malaysia's EPF and SOCSO band-table calculations correctly?

We have no direct evidence either way. What we can say is that EPF and SOCSO run on statutory band tables rather than flat percentages, and any vendor, including Omni HR, should be able to explain how they calculate this before you sign.
